This Privacy Policy explains how Arragen (“we”, “us”), the maker of CAMEKOS, collects and uses your information when you visit camekos.com or use the CAMEKOS software.

1. Information we collect

Purchase & license data: when you buy CAMEKOS, our payment partner collects your name, email and billing details to process the order and issue your license key.
Activation data: to activate a license, the software may send a machine identifier and your license key to our activation service.
Support data: if you contact us, we keep your email and the content of your message.
Website usage: with your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site (see section 8). We do not sell your data.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the seller of record and handles billing, taxes and payment data under their own privacy policy. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. How we use your information

To deliver your license key and software download.
To activate and validate your license.
To provide support and send essential service messages.
To comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate — such as our payment partner (Lemon Squeezy), hosting and email providers — and only as needed to run the service, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep purchase and license records for as long as needed to support your license and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies & analytics

When you first visit camekos.com, we ask for your consent before setting any analytics cookies. Analytics load only after you click “Accept” — if you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and the site still works normally. Essential, strictly-necessary storage (such as remembering your cookie choice and your language) is always used and does not require consent.
